EMU Trial Licenses - do they work?

Alright, 

So, today I decided to actually enter my license key into EMU in hopes of getting Art-Net output to Capture so I can play around. 

I've now tried registering through (2) emails, and I can't seem to get a license that will actually activate (see picture).  

My first license - I was not sure whether or not I had activated it before we went through all the uninstalling/reinstalling business, so I grabbed a 2nd license with a new email.

Either way, I'm not able to get anything to activate.  And yes, I have checked for extra spaces, etc.

Thank you for reaching out to use about this. This is something that our developers are currently working on. Please see the update on this progress below:

Windows:
This has now been resolved.
Please uninstall EMU and then delete the EMU folder from your Documents folder (note: this will delete the shows you have previously been working on, if you want to keep them, please back them up into another folder). You will then need to download the latest version (1.1 or higher) from our website (link below). Followed by re-install EMU and try activating your licenses again.

Mac:
Our developers are currently working on this and we plan to be able to resolve this by the end of the week.

Windows:
This has now been resolved.
Please uninstall EMU and then delete the EMU folder from your Documents folder (note: this will delete the shows you have previously been working on, if you want to keep them, please back them up into another folder). You will then need to download the latest version (1.1 or higher) from our website (link below). Followed by re-install EMU and try activating your licenses again.

I just ordered from them yesterday, and already I got an email saying my order was mailed today. That is superfast Communication has also been good, so they are getting a thumbs up from me.
